Last year was full of so many things for me, not all of them seemingly good!  But that doesn’t mean they weren’t beneficial. I can only trust that God ordered it all for my good. I hope your 2013 was full of blessings and growth! God bless us all in this new year!

30 Characters challenge, day #6 – Yes I’m behind by a day, yikes!
Hello world!
Today is the beginning of the 2012 30 Characters Challenge.
I participated last year, and came up with 30 “mediocre” characters.
This year my only goal is to come up with 30 “less mediocre” characters.

Have some pumpkins! I am going to post some seasonal sketches. This was done on a 4×6 card. I find that is about all I can handle.

Spring is here, everything is romping around friskily.
The quest to find copper sheet continues. Home Depot (or at least the one I tried) says they don’t carry it. So I did buy some copper paint (made of ‘liquified copper particles’ so it should look authentic). I will eventually have to go back to that first craft store, but it’s in an inconvenient location.
Finally, here is a bit of old art I just dredged up. It is really from 2005, don’t tell. But I hadn’t posted the silly thing yet so I’ll sneak it into here. It’s a lot like the Garjubble. My style hasn’t changed very much. Which is not necessarily bad, but I do always say I should work at doing more life sketching.
